I help individuals, families and communities turn lived experience into beautifully crafted books that honour their stories and preserve them for generations to come.
Through thoughtful interviews, deep listening and careful writing, I shape each narrative with empathy, clarity and care. Whether it’s a personal memoir, a family history, or a tribute to someone special, I work closely with you to bring your story to life.

TESTIMONIAL
"Working with Penny as the co-author (meaning that she provided the creative input and did all the hard work) of my memoir, Learning a Life, has been an outstanding and deeply respectful creative partnership, and a privilege. Penny brought skill, discipline, and care to every stage of the process, while always honouring my voice (allowing me to be heard), intent, and my lived experience.
Penny’s contribution went far beyond technical competence. She was a true collaborator, disciplined, insightful, and deeply committed to producing work of integrity and quality. I am immensely grateful for her role in bringing Learning a Life into being and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone considering a co-authored memoir or long-form narrative project.
