TYPICAL PROCESS

Initial consultation - We begin with a chat to understand your goals
Project plan and scheduling - I’ll provide a simple plan outlining the number of sessions, timing and any preparation required
Pre-interview preparation - I prepare a loose framework of guiding questions based on your input
Interview sessions - The interviews are recorded in a relaxed, conversational style
Editing and formatting - If required, I can lightly edit the recordings for clarity and prepare them in a format of your choice—audio files, transcripts or both.
Delivery - You receive the final recordings and/or transcripts, ready to share with family or keep for future storytelling projects such as a memoir or commemorative book.

PRICING

Projects can be tailored to suit your needs, but this is a very affordable first step to capturing a life story. Prices start at $500 for a simple, unedited 2.5 hour audio history digital recording conducted online. Additional extras, such as transcripts, can be also be supplied as required.
